Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What services do you offer?
We specialize in:
Residential & light commercial HVAC installations
System repairs & diagnostics
Seasonal maintenance & tune-ups
Air quality upgrades if requested
Thermostat installations
Outdoor event cooling rental
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve Chino Hills and surrounding counties: Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Bernardino County, Inland Empire. If you're nearby and unsure, reach out and we'll do our best to help you!
Are your technicians licensed and insured?
That's a smart question to think about. At Sun Tech Air Conditioning, you can rest assured. Our lead technician has over 35 years of field experience in multiple disciplines: sheet metal fabrication, car electrical system, construction, plumbing, residential electrical, and HVAC systems. We're fully licensed, bonded, and insured for your peace of mind. We take care of your needs.
Do you offer maintenance plans?
Yes!... and no. What do we mean by that? We do things a little differently here at Sun Tech Air. Rather than charge you monthly for service that may or may not be done thoroughly (like some of the big guys), we prefer to touch base with our happy clients twice a year.
Full system clean, check up, radiator refresh, blower check, the works. If we find something that needs servicing, we offer an instant discount and get you sorted as fast as possible.
For our repeat clients, we're working to add priority HVAC servicing and special discounts.
What payment option do you take?
We prefer cash and checks, but we're currently working to add card payments. Feel free to ask if you need more information.
How do I schedule a service or get a quote?
Call us directly to tell us a little bit more about your situation. We respond quick.
Usually same day.
What brands do you work with?
We service all major HVAC brands, including but not limited to:
Trane
Carrier
Lennox
Goodman
Bryant
Rheem
and we've serviced antique HVAC units as well. We can also recommend cost-effect replacement options tailored to your home and budget.
Can I write this off as a business expense?
Yes, if you're using your space for business (home office, studio, rentals, etc), HVAC maintenance or upgrades may qualify as a deductible expense, but make sure to double check with your tax advisor.
Why choose Sun Tech Air Conditioning?
Because we're local, honest, and care about your long term comfort. We have bilingual Korean and English technicians who can help you with your needs. We're not here to upsell you. We're here to get your system working right and keep it that way. Most of our clients come from referrals, not ads.
